Yoga Flow with Jocelyn Rose

The hardest part? Choosing to start and showing up.
Let’s carve out the time, together.

Yoga FLOW with Jocelyn Rose is an "all levels welcome" inclusive space to move, breathe and quiet your mind.  This Vinyasa style flow class will bring you through an energizing sequence to challenge and soothe you in all the best ways followed by a lovely savasana.  Modifications will be offered so that everyone feels safe and strong.

There is an accessible, family-friendly & gender-neutral washroom on-site, and the church is TTC accessible - just 1 block north of Coxwell subway station. Classes take place in the Sanctuary Square - through the red door on the south-east corner of the building.
